About GSS.
Global Simple Solutions is a regulated financial technology company headquartered in Poznań, Poland. Founded in 2021, we build accounts and international transfers for people and businesses that do not keep their money in one country.
A payment institution, not a bank.
Global Simple Solutions sp. z o.o. is registered in Poznań and has operated since 2021 as a Mała Instytucja Płatnicza — a small payment institution — entered in the register kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority under reference MIP121/2021.
An account that does not assume one country.
A GSS account is opened online and managed from the app area. It holds more than one currency, converts between them, and sends internationally over SEPA and SWIFT, with the exchange rate and any fee shown before a payment is confirmed.
Simple is the harder thing to build.
Most financial products are not complicated because the underlying money is complicated. They are complicated because the cost is easier to defend when it is spread across a rate, a fee and a spread that are never shown together.
The alternative is more work and it is the whole point of the company. Show the rate. Show the fee. Show the total leaving the account, before anything leaves it. A visitor should be able to tell what a payment costs without doing arithmetic we could have done for them.
No branches. No opening hours.
There is no counter to visit and no queue to join. Registration, verification and every payment happen in the GSS app area, which is a separate secure application — this website holds no session, asks for no password and submits no transfer.
Being digital-first is not the same as being available only to people who enjoy software. It means the account is reachable whenever you are online, and that the interface has to be clear enough to use without anyone standing next to you explaining it.

The cost is shown before the action
Any rate and any fee appear before a payment is confirmed, not on the statement afterwards. If a cost cannot be shown up front, that is a reason to fix the flow rather than to move the disclosure.
A claim needs a source
Every figure and capability on this site has to trace to something established. Where a claim could not be supported it was removed rather than softened.
The controls belong to you
Limits, a second factor at sign-in and an alert on movement are things an account holder sets and sees. Security a customer cannot inspect is a promise rather than a protection.
Plain words, including the unwelcome ones
Not available, not measured and not yet decided are all real answers, and we use them.
